I’ve lived in East Riding for most of my life and was born in Beverley.
In 2019 I was humbled to be sent by the people of Minster & Woodmansey Ward to represent them at County Hall.
I deal with many pieces of casework each week on all kinds of issues from climate change to crime and anti-social behaviour.
Representing my residents and speaking up for their needs is the most important thing I have ever done in my life and I am thrilled to be able to help people.
I work closely with the police, schools, local business, the local NHS and many others in co-ordinating community issues and meeting resident’s needs.
My other responsibilities at the council are as Vice Chair of the Safer & Stronger Communities Committee and member of the Audit Committee, and overview scrutiny committee.
I also represent East Riding Council on the Police & Crime Commissioner Panel where we scrutinise the Humberside Crime Commissioner.
Away from the Council, I run a small marketing business and am Non - Executive Director of a social enterprise helping vulnerable young people.
I’m married to Katie and we have two ‘energetic' children aged 2 and 3!
If I can help you - please call me on 07860383543.
